CAS(E) this Sketch # 256

The sketch for this week's CAS(E) this Sketch #256 was a bit of a challenge. lol  But I guess that is a good thing, right?  Makes you think outside the box :)  Here is my card:

I used a Sizzix embossing folder that came in the latest Simon Says Stamp monthly card kit.  This is one of two, and I really like the look.  The dress images, from a Hero Arts card kit, are watercolored with Daniel Smith watercolors.  I have one of the sheets of paint dabs, I think there are maybe 50 dabs of paint and they last a really long time.  On the red/pink dress I used a Versamark embossing marker to make the dots and embossed with Simon Says Stamp gold embossing powder. I adhered them to the card front using foam dots.  The sentiment is from the same Hero Arts card kit, heat embossed on black cardstock.

This is the sketch:

Different, huh? :)

Hope you like, I'll be back soon....

Freshly Made Sketch #320

Hi,
Today I am entering the sketch challenge from Freshly Made Sketch #320.  I loved the sketch!

Here is what I made:

I used a cover die from Lil' Inkers Design on white cardstock, for the background.  The hearts are die cut with dies from Simon Says Stamp.  The sentiment is also from Lil'Inkers Design.  After stamping the sentiment, I colored it with Prismacolor pencils to highlight it.

CAS(E) this Sketch #255

Hi,
I know it has been a couple of weeks, time just gets away from me.  Anyway, I am entering the sketch challenge for CAS(E) this Sketch #255 this week.  This is the card I made for the challenge.

I am in a Valentine mood though, one of the things I have been doing is making Valentines for my grandchildren to give away to their classmates,  I'll post a picture of those soon.

I water colored the image, fussy cut it, and adhered it to the card front with foam dots.  The sentiment is heat embossed in white on black cardstock.  The card front is die cut with a cover plate from Lil' Inker Designs.  I love their designs, I always find something I like in each release.

This is the sketch for the challenge:
