Freshly Made Sketches # 208

This week's Freshly Made Sketch Challenge features this sketch.

This is how I interpreted the sketch on my card.

I created a background on water color paper using distress inks, and die cut it. I also splattered it with water and with more distress ink.    I die cut the frames from vellum and used distress ink to color them.  I don't know why I never thought to do this before not only do I like the look but it helps to hide the adhesive used to attach it to the card front.  I used Kool Tak and I can't see it at all. Yay!! I colored all the images with Copics and attached with foam squares.

Thanks for coming by, I'll be back soon.

Supplies: Ranger Distress Inks: Cracked Pistachio, Evergreen Bough, Tumbled Glass (background), Stormy Sky (frames).  Stamps: Paper Smooches Green Thumb (watercan), Technique Tuesday Grow Happy (flower), Altenew Sketchy Cities America (sentiment).Dies: Sizzix Scalloped Frame, SSS Stiched Frames.
