CAS(E) this Sketch # 162

This is the sketch for CAS(E) this Sketch #162  this week.

I used a stencil and tinted embossing paste to create the card panel.  I heat embossed the images in white and then water colored using distress inks, and then die cut it.  After wrapping some twine around the card panel I mounted it on fun foam to the card front.  The succulent image is mounted on foam squares on the front of the card, over the twine.  I stamped the sentiment in black ink and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

I love succulents and they are hearty plants, which is good because I tend to kill plants. :)  Thank goodness my husband remembers to water!

Thanks for stopping by, see you soon.

Supplies Used:
Stencil: SSS Screened Leaves.  Dies: SSS Garden of Succulents.  Stamps:  SSS Handwritten Borders. Inks: Ranger Distress Ink-Shabby Shutters, Candied Apple, Worn Lipstick
