CASE this Sketch #269

Back with an entry into this week's CASE this Sketch #269.

This stamp set is from this month's Simon Says Stamp card kit. I am not much of a butterfly person (!!) on my cards, but I did like this stamp set.  I embossed the butterflies with white embossing powder, masked them and then stamped and embossed the leaves.  I painted them with Zig markers, my new favorite way to watercolor!  I have had them for awhile and did use them, but not much; lately though I have used them quite a bit.  I watercolored the background with Distress ink.  I brushed on water, then watered down the ink and applied it to the background.  The sentiment from Avery Elle, is stamped with Versafine black ink and them embossed with black embossing powder.  I used some confetti sequins to accent.
