Hello,
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge this week is Anything Goes. I have a wonderful stamp set made by Technique Tuesday and designed by Lori Vliegan, called Grow Happy, I love it!!
This is just one of the sentiments on this set. The flower and background were watercolored and mounted on navy blue cardstock. I embossed the sentiment with Ranger Platinum embossing powder, and mounted it on foam squares. I added some enamel dots and a strip of patterned paper on the side of the flower image.

Here is how I interpreted:
I did a lot of embossing on this card-the bunny, all the words, and some of the flowers. I stamped some flowers and put sequins in the centers. There is a little distress marker watercoloring on the bunny. The balloon was diecut and attached with some bakers twine to the bunny.

Simon Says....Emboss It! New Wednesday Challenge
Hello again!
I thought I was finished for today and then I got the new SSS monthly kit in the mail and just had to make something with the great stuff inside it!! The stamp set is super cute and I decided to white emboss the popsicles and then watercolor them with distress markers. Here is my card:
The Hero Arts sentiment is embossed with black embossing powder. I used the Tim Holtz watercolor paper that came in the kit too! :) I added a little twine to bring in color from the popsicles and mounted the whole thing on foam strips to the card front.

Lawnscaping Challenge #86-Watercoloring
Hi again,
This post is an entry into the Lawnscaping Challenge #86-Watercoloring.
I took an Online Card Class a few months back whose topic was watercoloring. I am thoroughly addicted now, I just want to keep trying to get better at it. There are so many different techniques to utilize. I made this:
I white embossed the images from Lawn Fawn Friendship Grows stamp set, then watercolored with distress markers. I dabbed the markers inside the white embossing and then pulled the color out with an aqua brush. The background is washed with a light peach color. Apply water to the paper and then lightly apply watercolor to cover the background. The frame outline is also watercolored with distress markers.

Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge-July 20-26-Anything Goes
Hi,
Today's post is an entry in the Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge for the week of July 20-26.
The project is Anything Goes, so I made this:
I was looking at the Paper Smooches Wake Up stamp set and saw the jam and bread and then thought of the Do Re Mi song from Sound of Music, so I thought I would try to recreate it. Although the Ti in Do Re Mi is spelled with an i, in the song it is spelled as Tea. :0 I stamped and embossed the jam with black embossing powder and bread with brown embossing powder on vellum and colored the back. I then stamped it again on cardstock and colored it and glued the vellum to the cardstock pieces. I pieced the 'cloth' on the jam, too. All the words are from Paper Smooches Alphadot.

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Spots and Dots
Hello,
Today's post is an entry into Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge-Spots and Dots.
I really like my dots, so this is really up my alley! This is what I made:
I used a stencil and embossing paste, tinted with distress inks on the card front. I embossed the flower from Penny Black's Garden Blooms with white embossing powder, and watercolored with distress markers. The tag is from SSS Frames that was in their newest release. This frame set has four frames, I love it! The sentiments is from SSS Friendship Messages. The font on this stamp set is just beautiful. I mounted the flower and tag on foam strips, and added a few sequins.

Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge-Picture Perfect
Hi,
Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge this week is this inspiration photo:
Isn't this photo awesome? I love the colors and mason jars are my weakness. :) I had a hard time with this one for some reason, I rejected a lot of ideas before I created my card. This is what I made:
I was inspired by the bright pastels and the stripes, so I wanted to incorporate that into my card. I embossed the background with clear embossing paste mixed with distress ink. The stencil was small so I had to keep moving it to do the whole front. I would let it dry and then do another section.( I helped it by using a heat gun) I used Paper Smooches Botanicals 2, Alphadot, and Sentiment Sampler. I cut and pieced the flowers and leaves and added a few gems to the middle of the flowers. I rather like the way it turned out.

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge -Let's Be Clear
Hi,
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge this week is Let's Be Clear, you have to use a clear element on your project. This is what I made:
I used SSS balloon dies and die cut the balloon from some leftover packaging material. The candles were created from washi tape, and I tied a string to the bottom of the balloon cut. Some stars and sequins were also added. The sentiment is from Stampin' Up. This was a little difficult to photograph so that the clear balloon could be seen, but it worked out thankfully, after a few attempts.:)

Lawnscaping Challenge Summer Color Combo
Hi,
The post today is an entry into Lawn Fawns Lawnscaping Challenge Summer Color Combo.
Using these colors as a guide this is what I created.
I watercolored the background and cut and pieced the birdhouses, birds, branches, and leaves. Some papers from Lawn Fawns Hello Sunshine collection were used along with Lawn Fawn's Home Sweet Home stamp set. I really couldn't find anything else I liked for the sentiment to stand out so I just colored a piece of scrap paper with copics in the color combo. :)

Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge July 6-12
Hello,
Paper Smooches Sparks Challenge this week is -Anything Goes.
Aaannndddd I made this:
The stamps sets used here are Paper Smooches-Perky Plants, Sentiment Sampler and Wake Up. I paper pieced the flower and water can from Perky Plants. The strawberries were stamped from Wake Up, colored and highlighted with a white gel pen. I also used clear Wink of Stella on the flower and water can, but it is hard to see.
I'm happy with it! :)

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge-Shake It!
Hi,
This card is for the SSS Wednesday Challenge Shake It! I just recently learned how to make shaker cards. I really thought they would be hard to make, but they are not, and they add a lot of fun to your cards.
The dress die is from Whimsy, I love how versatile it can be, I thought of it immediately when I saw this challenge. The congrats die is from Papertrey Ink and I used sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.
