CAS(E) this Sketch #110

This is a great sketch and the design teams cards were really fantastic.  This is what I created.

I needed a baby card and this design fit the bill!  I used die cuts to create the scalloped frame, cut it twice once from Sprinkles yellow vellum and once from patterned paper.  The image is from Penny Black, and I colored it with copics.  The sentiment is embossed  on vellum with Ranger platinum powder.  The baby gender is not known, so the colors needed to be neutral.  I kind of like that some expectant parents are waiting to learn the gender of the baby. :)
