OCC Watercolor Exploring Mediums Day 3

This lesson was sooooo good!  A lot of techniques were demonstrated in this class.  I plan to do several of the techniques over the next couple of days.  I wanted to do something with watercolor pencils first.  I really like watercolor pencils as a medium.  I think you have a lot of control with pencils that you don't with other mediums, especially when you aren't really confident about watercoloring. :) 

Jennifer R. used watercolor pencils to draw freehand and it inspired me to try it. I looked up an image that I wanted to try and used that as inspiration.  I did this with Derwent Watercolor pencils.  I bought a set years ago that I really love and have used them many times. 

All in all I do like the results of what I did. :0
